Clown Training
The Merry Hearts Clowns’ “Be a Clown” workshop begins each year during the first week in January and people are trained in the art of clowning until graduation at the end of March. This training includes designing your face and makeup application, designing your costume, character development, balloon sculpture, clown etiquette, and much more. This is a hands-on training that will help you become a professional clown.
Missions Training
If you are planning on using the art of clowning on a missions trip overseas or here in the USA, The Merry Hearts Clowns will help you prepare. Learn makeup application, costume design and learn how to minister in other cultures using skits and other methods.
Clown Conference or Children’s Ministry Conference Classes
The Merry Hearts Clowns have taught classes at conferences such as: Kid U, Fellowship of Christian Magicians, Midwest Clown Roundup, and others. Classes on a large variety of topics are available.
