The Connections Admin is a part-time position that supports the overall mission of New Life Church by ensuring that individuals have a clear, organized, and welcoming pathway into the life of the church. This role provides administrative, communication, and logistical support for all Connection Pathways, working closely with the Connections Pastor to help people move from attending to belonging.
The role involves managing systems, coordinating events, maintaining follow-up processes, and supporting volunteer structures. While primarily administrative, the position also includes occasional relational interaction during scheduled Connections events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to creating smooth, effective processes that help people take meaningful next steps in their faith.
